Our courses are open for all adults & children, males as well as females belonging to different languages and cultures from all over the world.

Our classes are right now conducted through Zoom Software, making it easy for any student to join the class with just a click on the class link.

We try to make it easy for our students to attend the online classes. And Zoom Software is widely used and available in all countries because of its ease of use.

To join kindly go to the “Registration Page” and fill out the application form, separately for every student. Once you submit the application it shall be processed, and you will receive a mail of acceptance from the Admin. You can take a trial class and then make the fee payment, your admission gets confirmed on receipt of the fee.

You need a proper Laptop/Desktop (PC)/Tablet/Smart Device, a high-speed internet connection, a good headset with mic and pencil/pen with a notebook.

Each class is for a duration of 30 minutes approximately sessions may last up to three minutes less than scheduled, as needed by teacher. (Ex: if schedule is for a 30-minute session, the interactive part of the class may last 27 minutes). However the teacher will try to give full 30 minutes

Yes, each session is a Private ONE-ON-ONE Session! Each student gets 30 minutes of one-on-one time with the Tutor.

A student can select from either of these two options:

  • For “3 days per week” classes, one can select one of these two sets of days
    “Sunday-Tuesday-Thursday” or “Monday-Wednesday-Saturday“.
  • For “6 days per week” classes, one may select all the days of the week, except Friday. Our Academy does not work on Fridays.
  • Saturday-Sunday-Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday

It is a One-one-One session with the Tutor. So only one student studies with the Teacher.

Our Quran tutors are well qualified and certified. They are from different parts of the world, of varied origins, speaking different languages and hence catering to respective students. Based on your preferred time, language and location, we arrange a teacher who is best suitable for you.

All classes are currently conducted on Zoom, it is very simple to join the Zoom class either by clicking on the class link or by using the meeting ID shared with you. A simple click on the class link will take you directly to the class or you can also join by entering the meeting ID in the Zoom Software. Technical issues at student’s end cannot be solved by us, however we try to help the student wherever possible as a good gesture. We cannot provide technical support like fixing your laptop, internet connection problems, application problems etc. It is the responsibility of the student to have such technical issues fixed on their own and keep everything ready before the start of the class. Academia is not responsible for any technical issues arising from the student’s side. The student should make sure that he/she has a good internet connection and the proper setup before taking up the classes. At our end we ensure that our teachers have high end internet with a good system so that there are no issues during the class.

In this modern world the use of Smart devices like Pads/Tablets/Smart Phones have complimented the laptops and computer systems, any up to date device will be helpful in taking the classes. An online Internet Speed Test can also be done to check your Internet speed

Please note that the Internet speed is not always the same at any given time, so it might be possible that at the time of the test it shows good results but at the time of the actual class you might face some difficulties due to slow internet speed.

I can't hear properly and there is a lag or dropped words in the voice during the class!!!

Audio issues arise due to weak internet connection or if you are using any other application during the class which causes your system or electronic device to run slowly due to high CPU usage.

You can follow the below steps:

  • Check the speed of your Internet connection.
  • Close all other applications that you don’t require in the class to free system speed.
  • If you are using a computer then try different browsers e.g.: Mozilla Firefox, Internet explorer or Chrome
  • Restart your device or computer.
  • Do not download stuff, watch YouTube videos, update Windows/ Anti-virus software nor do any other activity which requires internet access while you are attending the classes to ensure a smooth connection between your pc and the class server.

Teacher cannot hear me!!!

It means that you have some audio problem, either your audio is turned off or your mic is not good.

Follow the below steps:

  • Test your microphone in audio tests; make sure your mic is plugged in and is working.
  • Ensure your microphone is not muted.
  • Ensure that your speakers and headphones are un-muted and level of volume is sufficient.
  • Try with different browser e.g.: Mozilla Firefox, Internet explorer or Chrome.
  • Also Check Zoom audio settings as it gives an option to check and listen to your voice and speaker system.

Follow the below steps:

  • Make sure that your mic is not on mute.
  • Check your head set and make sure it is properly connected to your PC.
  • Open the settings on Zoom Software and check if all audio settings are set correctly.
  • In case of Desktop, if you have webcam connected to it than the mike option of webcam should be disable otherwise your voice will not be clear.
  • If you are using a smart device then check the device audio settings or check your Bluetooth, we do not recommend using a Bluetooth for classes as it lags or drops the audio

Check the link and class timing if you are joining the class at the right time. If you have an internet connection issue, then resolve it. Zoom classes usually open easily. If any issue still persists then contact us at admin@academiaquran.com

No sorry there are no discounts in the fee for anyone. However, we can provide a discount to a group of family members if more than 3 members are joining our courses, kindly contact the admin for further details.

If you do a market survey and check other online institutions then you will realize that our fee structure is the minimum charged for such high quality courses and services. In Sha Allaah it will be worth every penny that you put in acquiring it in this Duniya and Akhirah.

Currently we use PayPal payment portal as the primary payment system to receive the student fees. Since PayPal is one of the widely used and easiest forms of online payment system, most of our students find it easy to pay their fee through it. A student may pay either through a PayPal account or by using a credit/debit/cash card.

If you are unable to pay through PayPal portal, then please request for an alternative payment method by sending an email to admin@academiaquran.com

If your country does not appear in the countries list of PayPal, then you won’t be able to pay us through the online payment system. In such a case, please email to accounts@academiaquran.com and ask for alternative payment method.

Yes, this is very essential. Please mention the name of the student in the comments while doing the payment.

This the only way we can identify your fee payment and hence process your admission. It is the responsibility of the student to prove that they have successfully paid their fee by either entering name & email during the payment process or by sending the receipt to the admin.

Generally, fee reminder mails are sent to all the students at once. But we do mention in the mail that those who have already paid their fee, may ignore the mail. We apologize for the repeated reminders. In case you have paid your fee and are still receiving fee reminders, please ignore them.
