Your information is shared as-needed internally among Academia Quran’s administration. Basic information such as name, age, gender, course details, preferred language etc. is shared with your assigned teacher. Any contact information such as email, phone number, address or other information provided is not shared with the teacher.
Academia Quran strictly prohibits the users/students sharing their personal information and contact details with the teachers or teachers sharing their personal contact details with the students, hence we request you to treat it as an Amaanah between us and never share such information with teachers. If in case any teacher asks or requests for your personal contact details you are obligated to immediately inform the Admin of Academia Quran (email@example.com) . If you share personal information with a teacher, then Academia Quran is not responsible for anything the teacher may do with your personal information or any other activities that might occur due to your mistake of sharing the personal information. We strictly advise that you do not share personal information with teachers. In the event of any security breach, Academia Quran will notify you as soon as it comes to our notice.
Amending Your Account Information
Minors or children can only use our services under the supervision of their parents or legal guardians and we always suggest minors (under the age of 12) not to submit any personal information directly to us or use the service without proper permission from the parents or legal guardians. In case any minor submits the personal information then we assume it has been checked and verified by the legal guardians and Academia Quran will not be responsible for this. Parents can submit their contact information while submitting the registration form, however for minor students we would require the details such as Name, age, language, country in order to provide accurate program and service.

In order to provide better customer service or to resolve any issues we might communicate with you through a direct mobile call on the number provided by you. If do not want to be called by phone then please specify clearly so that we may only send you messages or if you want us to call at specific times then kindly inform the Admin about the exact time as per your time zone.

We may send you text messages on your Whatsapp number or mobile number regarding your admission, classes, fees, promotions or any other information related to our activities. By providing and verifying your mobile number with us, you agree to receive messages from this Academy/Institute on your mobile phone.
